How it works
Bring in every Cutco piece you own. We go through three things, in order.
Inspect & sharpen
I go through every piece and sharpen everything I can right there on the spot. Anything that's better off going back to the factory, like a blade that's worn down, over-sharpened, or damaged, I handle for you. I pack it up with the proper materials and an insured label and ship it off myself, and you just cover the shipping. That part matters more than it sounds. Most people never get around to mailing knives in on their own, and those pieces just sit in a box for a year or two. This way it actually gets done.
Knife 101
We run back through what you own so you know exactly what each piece is built for, plus a few use-and-care tips to keep everything cutting and lasting.
What's new
I'll walk you through the newest products and the pieces that most often round out a collection. A lot of what's out now, you probably don't even know exists, and some of it could add real value to what you already own. That's my job at these events, and I take it seriously. Most people, once they've had the refresher and seen what's new, end up adding something they're glad they did. It stays low key and there's no pressure, but I am going to show you everything worth seeing.
Because it's a dedicated service event, attendees get exclusive deals you won't find anywhere else.
The event works best if you're up for the full experience. If all you want is a fresh edge and nothing else, no problem at all — the factory option below is your best bet.
